Lisa Olivia Munn was conceived in Oklahoma City. Kimberly Schmid was born in Vietnam and also has Chinese heritage, yet her dad Winston Barrett Munn comes from a Southern family. Olivia's parents divorced at the age of 2. Her family consisted of her mother, who worked in the United States Air Force, and her stepfather. Her primary residence was Tokyo, Japan, even when the family moved often. In this period, Olivia participated in various local theater productions. In later years, she became an Japanese model. Olivia moved from the United States back to Los Angeles to pursue her dreams of being an actor. After a few minor roles, Olivia found success when she got the role as Mily Acua on the Hawaii filmed TV program Beyond the Break 2006 and the receptionist for Rob Schneider. She hosts G4's podcasts "The Daily Nut" as well as "Formula D". After the television series Beyond the Break, she has continued to surf. Additionally, she has earned a black belt for taekwondo. At the age of 2000, at the age of two, of age, her mother remarried.
